A couple weeks ago my mother hurt her foot, and I suggested she invest in a pair of slippers that were really squishy.
"Seul gave me these pink pig slippers and I LOVE them and when I first started nannying I kept wearing the wrong shoes so my feet hurt terribly so during naptime I would wear these slippers, and it was like a massage for my feet!" I concluded with, "I used to not believe in slippers, but now I totally do! We should find you some."
And Mom smiled at me and said, "You're so cute."
And I thought it was very nice :)
